winamp screen position

here is the deal. i have win2k with dual monitors. is there any way to get winamp to remember its screen position on the secondary monitor? everytime i open winamp, it starts back on the primary monitor and i have to drag it back over. a quick survey of the registry and winamp.ini didn't reveal anything obvious. any ideas?

Setting the "wx" and "wy" in the .ini didn't do anything?

it seems like whenever i change the horizontal value to anything that would push it onto the second monitor, it just acts like there is one monitor and opens winamp off the screen to the left of the primary moniror.

when i change the x value to something greater than about 720, instead of winamp moving over to the secondary monitor, it wraps around the primary monitor with a portion off of the screen.

obviously, the part of winamp off to the left of the monitor is not visible anywhere. maybe winamp 3 would resolve this.

looking around in the options, there is a multi-monitor compatible checkbox that takes care of it.

I am running Winamp 2.80 and in the options|preferences (Ctrl+P)
menu under the options heading there is a check box that says:
"Multi-monitor and Litestep VWM compatible mode."

I can't test or verify for you... and I don't know how new this is so you might need to upgrade your version of winamp if it's older that 2.80. But I hope that helps.
