Now those people may think it's stupid to put a computer in your car for those same reasons.

Just have respect for a lot of hard work put into something, maybe not by the owner, but by the installer!

Do I hear you say: phuh, that guy JC-S60 has to work half an hour to buy himself a HDD, while some people somewhere sweat in a mine deep underground to get to the materials used to make that same HDD?

I know it's so easy to fall for those things if you see young rich people, but don't forget that everything is relative to your personal view...

Sorry, had to get that off my chest

hmm, never thought about it quite like that, lol

and yes, you're a slave to corporate america, lolz

i just cant, and will never respect anyone that has things given to them, this kid in my highschool was given a G35 by his parents when he got his license, crashed that (completely his fault), and was given a 350Z again by his parents, which he proceeded to crash, and again another 350z

but, i was taught to value hard work, (damn parents), so if my friend buys a car, and some rich kid is given the same car, do i respect my friend? yes, do i respect the rich kid? hell no

and maybe he did do the work himself, my comment was stereotyping the area he's from, which i admit was wrong (and probably racist -_-;, basically saying to the point that his dad is probably rich from an oil field somewhere

and u kno, rich people dont do work like that on their own, if u can point to a rich person that would do something that that, and not pay someone else, i'll gladly apologize to you

I think the idea was...

Sure we should all appreciate the hardwork put into that car and of course there would be alot laughing at us saying why bother with a carpc.

Big difference is, that door spinnning thing doesnt do **** all. A car PC does alot of things.

Do I drive around with my door open spinning it? Do I spin it before and after I get into the car. WTF

Anyway I guess most laugh at it simply because its silly not because they feel envious or whatever.

Sure youll get alot of attention with that car, but it be a "haha" kind of attention.

I guess we all look for different ways of getting the attention.

I doubt the rich guy did all that, I wouldnt anyway, Ill get someone to do it

He would probably do it if it was meant for competition, but then again you still get some who get it all sorted by the others and then claim it was their creation and hard work.

tha_nox is an unknown quantity at this point
i don't think he gets any attention any more because he probably doesen't spin his dorrs all the time and it's very possible that people don't know what the car is capable of, so they look at it as if it was another tuned car...on the other hand if he drives around with his doors spinning...well...it means he's just a f***ed up kid with too much money and desperate for attention... (my oppinion)
