boot up without the personal settings loading-screen?

I would like my bootup to look as much non-windows as it can.
I currently have bios->customized logo screen->loading personal settings screen->FrontEnd (using autologin with auto select user)

I used TweakUI to change the startup picture but I canīt find If I can disable the next (loading personal settings...)

Its a microsoft component. Search for minlogon on here. Here's the instructions is used: http://mp3car.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=37724

Cut 5 seconds off boot too.

You might need this too:

If you dont want to use minlogon (bluetooth wouldnt work with it installed for me) check out this thread: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/faq-emporium/51635-faq-boot-directly-into-your-front-end.html

Take note of the "Disable Status Messages" and "Make the logon screen black"

Yes that works very nice!
Now I just have the bios screen
What I donīt know how to remove is the "returning from hibernation" screen which is the fastests way to boot

Also the "windows is going into hibernation screen" would be nice to have just black. If itīs impossible I was thinking if there was a way to have the touchscreen to turn off just before hibernation starts, and also have some kind of timed start of the screen just after the "returning from...". That way I it will look more "non-windows" to me!!

I dont think there is a way to completely remove the "resuming windows" screen, but you can modify the text: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/general-mp3car-discussion/35692-customizing-resuming-windows-screen.html - look at post #12 on that thread. I have done it and it works a treat!

As for the "windows is hibernating" screen, you can edit that just the same as the windows XP startup logo. Need to use a resource editor to replace the hibernation graphic, in my case I just changed it to be completely black. http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/operating-system-optimization/65656-hibernation-logo.html - just download reshacker

Hmm.. I have also tried reshacker and I change the picture to a black one. The problem is that when I go and save it to ntoskrnl.exe (overwrite) do a restart of windows - open the ntoskrnl.exe again with reshacker the picture is back to its default..... (no change in "going into hibernate" either...

I did exactly as those link expalined
Thanks for getting it ALMOST 100%
Though I could change the Resuming from hibernate text to anything within the same amount of characters (nice!)
I still cannot understand why this is occuring:
I open reshacker and edit the bitmap 2 and 5 to be all black, save them back and restart xp in safe mode with command prompt. I then look at ntoskrnl.exe and see if the bitmap 2 and 5 have changed, yes they have - all black. I do a "hibernate" ...... STILL the same pictures in the hibernate screen.... WHHHHYYYYYY????
Is this candid camera?
