Seriously.. answer the question(after you have completely read it) properly and we can help you...

there is no winlogin.exe.. there is only a WINLOGON.EXE ... and if you dont have it then you cant boot into windows...

there is also a file called MINLOGON.exe.. which doesnt load a lot of things WINLOGON.EXE does.. and gives you faster boot times...

so now pretty please... which file are you looking for again??
