Where do I have room for improvement

M10000, Win XP Pro sp2, Nlited to 250 mb install disk (larger footprint).
I have about a 30 second boot time.
I am using FP, but I may switch to RR in the next few days
the HD is a 7200 rpm WD caviar
I am using FP as my shell, because explorer doesn't load bootvis doesn't stop tracing until i manually launch bootvis, thus my boot times look worse than usual
I have no need for any networking services
I am using a usb keyboard

Can I have some people look at my bootvis graphs and make some suggestions.
Please let me know if you need more information
