What frontend is this from?

OK ive seen two threads with this pic in it now...

is this ICVT or Road Runner i like the setup it is clean and well designed. But i seen the musicpalyer and other parts of ICT and it looks terrible.

That front end is iCT 1.2.3 from CarTFT.com.
It is named dark & silver and has a native resolution of 800x600
It is now a free download.

They also offer another free program called skin assist which help make alterations.

It is the skin I am using, although now modded, with a new logo on the main screen and colour added to buttons on the other screens
