Well, sure!
Im testing out on a thinkpad T20 before I put it on the carpc. As a matter of fact I have been having some other video related issues since I put on the XP service pack 2 package. I'm gonna reblast the HDD in this laptop so don't worry about me. I'll try it out again once the blast is finished and I leave off SP2!

Yeah, Direct3D is quick to point out a driver issue like that. Kind of sucks because I really don't have much control over that in my code, if your video card doesn't like it, it just isn't going to work. The downside of using something like DirectX for your UI.

this actually was a pretty cool front end but was a bit buggy .... I did contact qjones about 6 months ago on if he would be developing this any further. his response was that he was planning on it but did not know when as he did not have the time anymore.
