Ok this is another update to my additions to StevieG's Access control

Original thread

If you have not used this before it is suggested that you download and install the original version from the above thread and then unzip this one over the top.

If you have used it either mine or The original, back up your settings.ini file first so you can copy your settings.

New Features for 1.4.x

Hibernate aware, will now pop up after hibernate/standby
USB Key access.
Pause Frontend at startup, resume at exit for FreeICE
Added Config program for settings.

Allow keyboard input
Access via MS Fingerprint Scanner

Version 1.2.0

Pause RoadRunner Frontend at startup, unpause at exit.
Changeable Font colour
Background color setting.
Transparent background for text input.
Delay recording according to time or failed attempts
Run external program batch/script after predefined failed logins.
Multiple passwords leading to choice of startup programs.
Delete key added

Version 1.0.4

Features:

Audio recording
Video recording
Beep on keypress
Voice announcements

Audio & video recordings can be turned off and also set to record only after a set number of incorrect codes.
Beep and voice commands can be turned off as well.

Please backup original accesscontrol.exe and settings.ini file.
Then download and unzip files to access control directory.

Run register.bat

Open settings.ini and change settings to how you want.

I have also collated a few of the skins which have been posted in the previous threads.

I hope the authors don't mind me putting them in the new one.

Also I would like to see and skins you have done for yourself that you would like to share with others.

Sorry if I'm asking a stupid question, but...

Did I get it right - for using Access Control 1.2.0 I need original version from StevieG to be previously installed? If yes, then the problem is that original version is not available anymore on his site. I will be highly appreciated if someone advises me where to download it. Thanx!

It should work on it's own, but just in case there is something in StevieG's installer that is needed I recommend that people install that first.

try www.mobile-effects.com I believe they have an original version for download

Under Misc on the left, you will have to register I am afraid.

I could, and may still do, but that would necessitate me spending money, or releasing control of how it is downloaded, none of which I am prepared to accept at the moment.
