You can adjust the size of the window to be horizontal or vertical. But maybe what you are saying is have the two panes be vertical rather than horizontal?
If so my new version has that built in already.

Alttabber problem
I downloaded this program and it gave me an error message. It seems to have loaded somehow, but now it's giving me a problem trying to load road runner. Anyone know how to get it off my system? I tried using add/remove programs but it doesn't appear there. It's giving me a headache.
