purdoom - check your patcher.. it seems to do wierd things to your runner.ini and doens't alway seem to work. Also, the osk seemed to load too big, but I was running 1024x768 so that might have been why... I will try it on my carputer soon. (I was just testing on my laptop thus far)

Edit: Preview 4 (I haven't tested it yet) can be found here:
http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/show...&postcount=425
Preview 3:
http://igmod.iamjeremy.com/iGmodPreview3.zip
What works: Nearly everything
What doesn't work:
- patching 2.0NA (i cant execute it to see if it looks right) / 2.1.1NA (I apparently have the wrong version) / 2.1.2EU (lazy) with JIT's large next turn icons
-Add/Remove/Edit favorites
-Skinned gps info
-Setting the programs images to be really high (like larger than 800x600) sometimes crashes. I think vb6 has limits to how much memory can be allocated to pictureboxes at once, ill figure out a solution.
-scrolling up and down on the results screens seems a little slow, but not too bad
-the OSK's in the points of interest screens screw up when pressing next/back from time to time (JIT has this bug with the standalone OSK)
-previewing an item in the POI doesn't let you press "search again" to go right back to the results menu
Readme file included.
Im going to fix those last few bugs and test in my car over the course of the next week, but in the mean time I thought I would give the community something to play with.

Oh, also the link you just posted seems to be broken?
There are also a couple links in JIT's bigbutton thread that seem to do the same thing as your does above. He mentioned that you are hosting his files, so I figured I'd mention it

iGmod should work with any North American IG, but the patcher will only work for 2.1NA and 2.1.2NA.

I was playing with the newest release of IGmod and it is awesome, but I couldn't seem to find 2 features that are pretty important to me, the Search function that was on the original iGuidance keyboard and the Info screen that can be brought up for a POI, is there a way to access these?

I never realized people liked the search button until I got a few requests for it latley, ill try to figure out a way to implement that soon.
Ill look at a good way to render info too in the near future.

Preview 3 is putting a grey frame around the window. Preview2 used to eliminate the frame, which of course looked awesome once integrated into the frontend (CF in my case). Was the frame included again for some reason?

Its a sideeffect of having a sizable standalone window.
(btw me and JIT resolved this in the development code, the ability to remove that frame will be in the public beta)

It *kindof* works with frodoplayer right now. Set it as an external app and make frodoplayer go into mini mode.
Ill improve that integration soon to look more oem.
