Version 3.0 is now availableon the same path : www.geocities.com/tamatimo.geo/files
I made the following:
1. Adding "Stop" button to stop the voyage and clear all values in order to start a new voyage
2. Saving the last values and reloading them again when you re-open the program
3. Adding Quick Help to the program

Hope you enjoy the program now

Version 3 is great! Works very smoothly. Now getting the cache is the easy part. Getting Goops or GE RR working is going to be tough. If only those programs were as easy.

Hi Morris,

I would be glad to help if you're having any problems with GooPs. Just post on the GooPs thread.

Wow this seems to be exactly what I need to get San Diego County in to my car computer setup but it doesn't matter what I do I just cant get it to work.

I follow the instructions to the letter but GE doesn't do anything when I press the 'Start Voyage' button, it just sits there. If I double click on the network resource in my places it randomly shoots to some odd area at varing heights of 400+meters

I have the GEV file enabled as a network resource with the following settings...

GE Options
Touring fly-to speed 5.00
Tour Pause 0

Newtwork resource
'fly to view on refresh' checked.
Time based refresh - periodically - 5 secs.

then in GEV
33 30 06.00 N
117 37 17.29 W
Width 50km
Height 100km
Snapshot width 0.3km
Snapshot height 0.3km
Zoom to altitude 300m
Refresh every 5 secs

Any advice gladly accepted.

I checked your problem and it seems that Google Earth 4.0 has a problem in refreshing the Network links !
I will try to solve this issue with GE and inform you as soon as I get a solution.

hari-bhari can only hope to improve
sorry if this is a dumb question, but how are the coordinates supposed to be input in the newest release? there is just one box each for latitude and longitude, but i dont know what format to use. for example, is it

80, 20, 35 N, or
80 20 35 N, or
80.25.35 N

Also, how can we tell what picture size to input based on our elevation. I didn't see anything that shows us the current viewing area size. Thanks
