Do you mean running them both at the same time? It's already working...
Simply make a new DialUp connection and use it

I just bought me a T68i... I know its an older phone, but I got it on ebay for 35 bucks.. I couldn't afford a T616 or T637... Its bluetooth and seems to be supported well by your software... Will be receiving in a couple of days..

With the T68i you have to be careful about how you start pairing...
Tommie (the guy above you) is a real expert concerning the T68i I'm sure, he'll help you out...

Just download the IBM Integrated Bluetooth II Software (Widcomm build 1.4.3.4) and some patched files from here:
http://www.jonsguides.com/bt/en/prepare.html
Then follow the exact procedure explained here:
http://www.jonsguides.com/bt/en/driver.html
When you pair the phone and the pc, remember to initiate the pairing from the PHONE. That makes the phone "server", and the pc becomes the "client".
When you have done that you'll find a new menu item in the menu CONNECT-BLUETOOTH-OPTIONS. The new item is HEADSET SOUND. Choose IN HEADSET from the new HEADSET SOUND menu item.
....and you'll have to change a few settings in the PhoneControl's ini file. Ask Zorro about that. He's the expert ;-)

Which dongle do you use? Does it matter? I was thinking about a Belkin... Also do you have to initiate the connection with your phone everytime you get in your car or does it just pick it up?

The IBM software is for IBM laptops, but the hacked files and installation procedure mentioned before makes it usable for virtually every dongle.
I have a Dlink DBT-120.
You'll just have to pair it once, then the only thing you'll have to do is activate bluetooth on the phone.

I thought most all drivers where the Widcomm drivers? So when you tried to use the drivers that came with your DLink they didn't work?
thanks for the info I will soon be a PhoneControl.NEt user and I can't wait..

Just for the record. Theses are the settings that definitely work.
MediaCar:
<WindowToSwitchTo>MEDIACAR</WindowToSwitchTo>
MediaEngine:
<WindowToSwitchTo>MediaEngine</WindowToSwitchTo>
FrodoPLayer:
<WindowToSwitchTo>FrodoPlayer</WindowToSwitchTo>
Just copy and paste the plain text into you config file.

PhoneControl is not supported on Win98 nor Win ME...
If it works, its ok, if not -> upgrade
If your touchscreen isn't working on XP -> upgrade driver
If your Win2k is to slow -> upgrade hardware
