Need help setting port number in the widcomm 4 driver

I am using the newest widcomm driver with the patch. The serial(bluetooth) port is 38 and phoncontrol only goes up to port 16. In the device manger ports 3-44 or in use and ports 1-2 are not in use. In the device manger I can't change the bluetooth port number, but i can change the 232 port number. I am using the dlink 120 bluetooth dongle and it let me add a new serial port but i can't pick port 1 or 2, it olny gives me the chose to pick the next port above 44.

I there any why to change the ports any other way like the registery
