I was trying my best to reduce the price as much as possible but I want to make sure that you get a quality product as well. The current price is set at $199.99 for a set of 4 sensors, the TPMS USB board, a black enclosure with flanges for mounting, and a USB cable for hook-up to a PC. If you would like just the reciever board, because you already have sensors installed (only the Waeco and the 3rd's eye sensors will work as it is still functions exactly like the previous 'hacked' version) then it will be only $119.99. Many of you have asked for a 5th sensor which will be available for an additional $22.95. This pricing is only available for the people who have kept their interest in this product and taken the time to be placed on the waiting list. I may have a few additional boards left (5-8 pcs) once the initial run is complete and I will let you know if they are available once everyone on the list has been taken care of. After that it will be up to our distributors to place a price on this product. As for schematics, we have used reference designs from Infineon as well as guidance from Robby to build the design. A lot of money has gone into designing and building these boards and a such we must control the intellectual property if we plan to regain our investment.

That is extremely cheap pricing.
I have had my setup running for over 6 months, admittedly with a few minor hiccups, but that is proably due to both my own incompetance, and laziness to sort it out thoroughly. Seems every time I think of spending some time on the TPMS, a friend and a beer consume that timespace. New Year's resolution. "Sharpen Up".
I would at this time wish to pass on my thanks to those pioneers who have spent many painstaking hours designing, building, sourcing, testing, troubleshooting, and patiently listening to whinging from dumbo users like myself. Yes, I know. I should have thought of plugging it in before complaining of it not working.
Just to name a few, there is of course Robby (El President of TPMS), Dejan (Dr Who of TPMS), Mr Bean (Professor Thinktank), Wolfgang (Prof. CF), Lok, Enforcer, Juve021, just to name a few.
Thanks guys.

That's good to hear that things are coming together. Any idea when these kits will available to those on your list?

Many Thanks to LyhtSPD for getting me an interface box and doing my soldering for me. I installed my sensors this week, completed the learn process and now have some questions. In TPMS Doctor, two of my sensors are permanently in "pressure alert" mode (8 hours later!) All tires are pressurized within tolerances set in TPMS Config and it seems no polled updates are being received. When I reset data and every third or fourth time I rerun TPMS Doctor, I get new data but even after master reset, same two sensors stay in pressure alert mode.
Another concern I have is tire temps - all tires are off vehicle stacked in a cool, dry, dark place and temps are 68, 72, 68, and 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Why so varied? Pressures are all spread out, too. I assume the receiver is working since the learn process works flawlessly, but if the sensors are in pressure alert mode the receiver should be getting updates every .85 seconds and when I let pressure out it doesn't change.
I'm stumped.

UPDATE:
Reset everything again today, performed the learn and all is well in my world. Two problems identified, one fixed: Until today I rushed the learn process. Before, I did the learn on all four tires in less than 5 minutes. Today I spread it out, learned one tire, closed config checked it with TPMS Doctor, waited till sensor returned to normal mode from pressure alert; then did the next and repeat and repeat. 25 minutes later TPMS says all 4 are in normal mode so I fired up RRTMS from within my skin and I can watch the labels change while I change the pressures of each tire - EUREKA everything works in the skin.
The other problem that I cannot solve is TPMS Doctor doesn't update at all! Sure when I first boot or reboot the PC or change USB ports it rereads the Third Eye data, but other than that, I have no idea how to get it to update on the fly. RRTMS does, TPMS Doctor wont, no matter which buttons I push. TPMS DOCTOR was the culprit of my tire temp issue, too. RRTMS reads all four tires within 4 degrees of each other. TPMS DOCTOR also doesn't read my TPS.INI to set PSI and degrees F instead of the default.
Finally, I'm thrilled with the system! Can't wait to do my other two cars.
The "wait a couple minute between tires during learn process" really needs to be a 'stickied" item at the beginning of this thread. Waiting for each tire to go to normal mode before learning the next tire needs to be mandatory.

Sometimes when I learned the sensors they would learn but they would be stuck on the same value. One trick that I found when learning the sensors was to unplug the TPMS when switching between RRTMS and TPMS Doctor, I think this prevented the two programs from any conflict. When I learned each sensor this way (learn a sensor, unplug, plug in, check if it working in TPMS Doctor, then unplug, plug back in and go to sensor two in RRTMS) I had no issue learning all four sensors. I also noticed that sometimes the blinking would not stop in RRTMS but the sensor would still learn as I could see the data in TPMS Doctor. Just some tricks for you guys having issues...

I might be wrong, but it looks to me that the entire external antenna has the shield still on.
Not as shown on this drawing

I tried learning mine for the first time...from Centrafuse...
No go...nothing.
Also, everytime I restart the PC, I lose the TPMS device. I have to physically unplug and plug it back in! Major PITA...
Gonna try TPMS Doctor I guess...

I had this issue when plugging the TPMS into a hub. I had to use a onboard port. Also if you use X-Port for you GPS, it has the option to virtually unplug other devices also. i do it for the GPS, and thinking about doing it with my Sprint card, it freezes sometimes too.

I need to look into the X-port thing...
But I STILL can't get the ******* thing to learn! I make sure it's connected, the plugin says it's 'ok', I go into settings, pick the sensor and tire and learn, it's 'waiting', I go and deflate the closest tire (almost flat!!) and it doesn't 'see' diddly-squat...
I'm getting very frustrated...especially considering the time and money I put into this!

OMFG, you sound like me when I get ****ed, lol. You are really scaring me, because although I have had the TMPS for awhile (5 months i think), I havent installed them into the tires yet.
