TPMS Hardware Problem

I finally managed to get round to putting it all together, and it dosent work, the pictures i have for indicating where to solder the wires on to the receiver board seem to be unclear, i am sure i have it right.
i would assume that when you plug the usb cable in the pc should find the new USB device, it dosent.
can any one tell me what i do now ?

Got my sensors fitted on Tuesday.

Had a flat tyre this morning and I can't get it to inflate, the valve seems to be too short.

I think the valve isn't sitting right so is leaking.

Hi,
Before I send each board I plug it in pc and test if software recognise it...
-You must hear sound when you plug/unplug device...
-Can you post pictures of your board, with connected receiver?
-Can you try other USB cable?
-Please if you run it in USB hub try connect it wihout USB hub.
-Can you try it on other pc?

Well I took it in to the place that fitted them the other day and left it with them.

They reckon that there is some corrosion inside near where the valve is, but they 'managed' to get it to sit better and pump it back up again.

Haven't tested it yet as it is in the boot, doesn't seem to have gone down yet , although it has not had any weight/pressure on it. Will have a better look over the next few days.

one of mine has gone down slowly, very slowly, lost about 3psi over the last 6 month etc but they are short for filling with some pumps, you just need to try a few places etc or buy a extension / right angled bit for it

Are you working with Alok Patel on these boards? If so, how far down the list do you think you'll make it?

I have a question.... I had my board made for me, and all of a sudden the TPMS stopped working. Turns out a bunch of soddered points broke and the circuit broke. I guess I have to unsoder the reciever and put onto a new board. Will it be hard to transfer?

The receiver is just connected to the interface board with just 4 header pins so it shouldn't be that hard to do the transfer.

The only thing I am worried about is the PIC. The device was plugged into the USB port for awhile and I am worried that maybe the reciever and PIC are damaged. I have not been paying attention to the thread, but is Alok's board a replacement for the reciever and board, basically its an all in one? If yes when are they going to be released. Something tells me my reciever has kicked the bucket.

How did it break away like that? These things are hard to get so they require special care for them.
