Hell yea, everything is up and running in my car (and by everything i mean iGuidance and a core RR install) so i will be one of those "with" at the meet instead of one of those "without".
Just a quick las tminute bump here to verify the meet is still on and at the same place as shown in the very first post of this thread?
Perhaps the OP would like to verify on the last page here that the first post is still valid and the meet is still on, just to clarify for those of us that look at the last page before leaving?

I wish I could have been there. I've been doing lots of work on my stuff but its all conceptual since I don't have a display in my car.
It would have been great to get ideas on what I could do with my car from some of you that have complete installs

yeah it was a good time. a decent turn out. probably between 10 or 12 cars throughout the day, some of us had finished projects, others came just to get an idea. it was a good time. I hope everyone else felt the same way.
Were still figuring out the date for the meet for next month so you can always plan on coming out then(with or without a finished project). Since its gonna be pretty cold out, I think were thinking about meeting somewhere like gameworks . Its only a couple blocks from the place we meet. Somewhere we can show off our rides if someone wants to see, or give a quick hand and at the same time be able to go inside and get warm. Anyone have any Ideas besides gameworks in that general area that would be a good spot to meet also? I really dont feel like standing outside in a winter coat and scarf lol.

Made my first Chicago Meet today. Fun!!! Thanks for setting it up PCFreak.
Great meeting everyone. Lots of new ideas for me. GizmoQ - thanks for the walk through of Road Runner. Yrean - thanks for the Road Runner install tips.
I'll be hitting you guys up for RR install snags, scripts/plug-ins etc. down the road.
Hope we come up with a meet for sometime yet this year. Gameworks would work but we may need parkas. We need to find an underground parking garage in an office building. I don't have access to one.
Okay, who's got a heated warehouse with plenty of space for cars for a meet in the Chicago area or nearby?
Jim
