Sproggy type power good problem

Anyone run into problems with it. My system will not power on consistantly, however if I remove my power good chip and apply voltage, then turn the MB on it comes up every time. I'm thinking that maybe since this power good is only off the 5v line that my 3.3v or 12v are taking longer to come up (most likely the 3.3v because i get the base memory failure beep code sometimes, modern dimms run on the 3.3v bus). I'm thinking maybe a longer delay, or find a curcuit that monitors all three rails. Luckily my ISR's can provide power with the standy left disconnected so I can just pull the chip out of the socket. Suggestions anyone.
