Opus 120 and Sleep in 2007 Mustang

I have an Opus 120 in my 2007 Mustang. The mb is a VIA CN13000.
I have the power supply hooked up as follows:

Yellow 12v on the power supply to 12v constant yellow from the harness.
Black ground on the power supply to black ground from the harness.
Red 12v on the power supply to red ingnition from the harness.

Ive tried with and without the jumper pin 3 (standby power) on the Opus.

I have Windows XP to go into sleep when power is pressed.

Problem:
The OS sleeps, monitor turns off. After 40 sec or so the Opus shuts off anf I get the 4 blink response from the Opus.

Any ideas?

Switch the yellow & red wires from teh opus.

red shoudl be constant 12v and yellow should be switched ignition.

According to the Opus 120 guide the two yellow wires (4/5) are +Batt and the red wire (3) is On/Off or ACC. Am I not reading that correctly?

Wait a sec. You're saying that the system is turning on as normal and the only issue is with shutdown?

I misread your post then. Sorry about that.

have you contacted Opus Solutions? They're really good about supporting their products.
