Cable Kit for Xenarc...

Okay...
I bought a Xenarc mp-sc3 computer, and this is to be powered by a Carnetix P1290. So far, so good...
The problem is that I need this:

I tried to mail Mike at Carnetix, but no reply... The shop here at Mp3car.com, doesn't have it, and I have no idea what to do...

Any ideas? If I just knew what was + and - in the cables, I could make it myself, but I don't feel like trying without beeing sure, no need to fry anything...
