Any DC-DC psus support ATX 2.2/24-pin ATX

Greetings all. I just bought a Biostar NF61S Micro. So far, it's looking like a bad-*ss motherboard with a nice Sempron mobile 3000+ on it. However, I have been having problems with it where when I go to shut it down, the instant it's supposed to turn off, it restarts instead. I'm using an older 20 pin psu. I hooked the mobo up to my 24 pin ATX 2.2 powr supply in my main computer, and it seems to shut down perfectly. So, I am concluding that it needs the additional 4 pins to maintain proper shutdown operation (?). Do any of the DC-DC power supplies support the 24 pin connector? Or, if none do, does anyone know what kind of additional load on the power supply this would cause if I used a 20 to 24 pin adapter? I'm not using the PCIe slot, which is what I thought the extra 4 pins were for, but I'm guessing Biostar tapped off of it for something. This mobo also needs the P4 connector.

There are 20-pin to 24-pin adapters available.
