Help with my ATX power supply!

Help! am having trouble with this PSU.
the green led on the motherboard comes on but the fan doesnt spin nor is the hard drive turning on.
the model of the power supply is m2 atx.
anyone have any ideas or troubleshooting i can go through?
help much appreciated.

ye i did. dont worry its kool i found out that the motherboard was faulty i tried a normal psu with the motherboard and it did not work. so i am just going to get another board. thanks for your help
