Exclamation Question for Zootjeff, What's the DSATX white wire for?

Question for zootjeff on the dsatx.

The pdf manual shows pin 18 as N/A but there is a white wire installed in the molex. The white wire in an atx supply is supposed to be -5v from what I can find out.

Is there voltaage at the white wire or is it unused (dead wire)?

I ask because my original ps did not have the white wire. From what I can discover, the -5v rail is for isa legacy devices. Is this correct and can I just remove the white wire on the 20 pin atx molex?
