PSU Selection Confirmation

I try not to post without searching, and I believe I figured the power consumption out:

I purchased an AMD X2 BE-2300 (45) processor.

I will be using two case fans, and a 3.5" hard drive.

From reading, all of these pull from the 12v line. USBs pull from the 5v.

So, rough calculations:

45w, 2x 5w, 20w (hard drive is the 20w, and from charts is rounded up)

So, I should need at least a 75w 12v line, and the M2-ATX provides 8a on the 12v line, which is 96w.

The 5v line will be supplying 5-6 USB devices, which is up to 30w total. The 5v line provides 8a, which should be 40w max.

So from these numbers, am I correct that the m2-atx should do just fine?

I was about to pull the trigger on the DSATX+brainstem which was $180.xx with shipping from mp3car, but if I can save $100 as it's "not needed", then that's the way to go.

Any confirmations are appreciated!

(by the way...I could be way off on everything!)

Edit:

I forgot about the monitor...

About 10w, and pulls off the 12v as well? If so, that would be pushing it a tad (if I'm even correct)
