anyway to use the m2-atx on a pc with no where to conect to. I have a car pc that won't work well otherwise.

There are no connections for the main plug to fit into. Not sure if there is a way around this or if i have to buy a diffrent pc.

How much power will be consumed in an 12 and half hour period. Will this thing drain my battery while in hibernation? I know it has the shutdown protection but is that enough?

that depends on your computer, not the power supply, as it's the computer that determines power consumption, not the power supply.

ok that answers my frist question, heres my new second one. when i turn on my car, the hdd starts the spin up, fans turn on, but it only gets half way through the post and stops, but when i hit the reset, it boots perfect.
any suggestions?

Corrupt hibernation files?
Are you sure your not using 'sleep' instead of hibernation?
XP is notoriously bad with hibernation...
Vista hibernation (when activated) works flawlessly on my rig....

yes hibernation, unless the GUI is lying to me... :-P
which version of XP would be good with hibernation? i have XP home on my laptop and it works great.
baa vista....
