Maybe I will take some pictures of everything, it seems some of you still don't understand my setup. My second diagram should clear it up. I don't really have an issue powering anything, the questions are purely about moving the momentary push button and what jumper config should be used on the M2-ATX. I'm pretty sure just "dumb" mode (no jumpers) and running a jumper cable between the M2 and the motherboard, and my momentary push button is how to do it.

I know the 8ga is overkill, but it's already down. And I'm definitely not going to power my hub from the computer PSU, I already have a regulator wired onto the battery that powers it flawlessly.
