DS-ATX Start up then shut down issue resolved
I added this little nugget to the sticky. When you build the reverse polarity cable from the instructions here, if you plug in the cable incorrectly, the motherboard will power on for a few seconds and then power off. Please see the DS-ATX 220 sticky for more details.

Now I can finally finish my install....
