Value of Bootstrap capacitor for IR2111 & L6384 Half Bridge Driver
What will be value of Bootstrap capacitor for IR2111 & L6384 High-Voltage Half Bridge Driver. Or please give me formula for calculating the value of Bootstrap capacitor.
It depends on the top MOSFET ,the boost capacitance needs to store about100 times the gate charge required by the top MOSFET. In many applications 0.1uF to 0.47uF is adequate.
