Should I upgrade from M1-ATX to M2-ATX?

My computer works, I'm using all 4 USB ports, I guess it'd be nice to have another one. Should I upgrade to the M2-ATX? What would I gain if anything for my system? What if I was upgrading to the M12000 board as well?
can you suggest alternatives to these 2 as my scope may be limited?

If you already own a M10k, and an M1, then leave it alone. If you were trying to decide between buying the M1 and M2, then buy the M2 as it is the same price.

Also the power boost from an M10k to M12k, is pretty negligable.

If it works, leave it alone.

And if you want another USB port, then get a hub. You should have enough power for a cheap self powered one depending on what devices you have connected. If you just need more power for USB devices, there are simple 5v supplies that will allow you to get powered USB hubs.
