M3-ATX with XBox

Hey everyone,
I know that most people use the M2 when powering their XBoxes, but I was wondering if anyone has tried using the M3? I am going to make a slim xbox and really like the footprint of the M3, but I'm concerned about the amount of power (125W) that are on the M3. Any thoughts or ideas?
