System Specs, M2-ATX compatible?

I've read up on the forums and checked some PSU calculators, but don't know if an M2-ATX will power my CarPC. Here's the specs:

1.8GHz P4 Northwood (47 watts TDP)
Gateway OEM #4000792 Mobo (Intel D845GRG)
512MB DDR266 (1 stick)
Sound Blaster Live! OEM PCI
3.5" IDE HD x 3 (1 20GB, 2 40GB)

I realize that using 3 HD's takes my consumption up a bit, so if I had to, I'll just get 1 big IDE drive and switch over to that. By all my calculations I believe the M2-ATX should be fine with the current setup. Just looking for people with similar systems running them off this PSU.

Just did a mock up, here's what I came up with:

CPU: 50watts
Mobo: 30
RAM: 5
HD: 45
Sound: 7
Fans x4: 12

Total: 149watts

This is also going on the HIGH end of the component ratings I could manage to find. Seems the M2-ATX should suffice. Especially if I drop down to 1 HD, or 2 at the most. What do you guys with similar parts/knowledge/experience think?

just keep in mind that it's not only the total wattage of the setup, but on what rail also....you could overload a particular rail and fry the PSU even if you don't overload the 160Watt the M2-atx puts out...

that and just use 1 hard drive... takes up less space, less power consumption too....

plus, keep in mind the screen if you'll power it off the PSU, and the USB connections...my setup calls for a GlobalSat USB nav dongle, my touch screen relies on a USB port to function also... if you use a wireless mouse/kb..... don't forget to add all that stuff up....
