Question M3-ATX and J7F2WE2G MoBo

I really didn't want to post this question. I just wanted to try my luck and hope for the best. But then I figured, it couldn't hurt to get some opinions.

I have a J7F2WE2G 2ghz motherboard. I also have an M3-ATX 125w PSU. I really wanted this PSU to work for this application because it is so small. I thought "this is a VIA cpu, I shouldn't have to worry about power".

The manual for the motherboard recommends 6.6A on the 12v rail. That seems like a lot of amps for a "20watt motherboard", unless that 6.6 amps is meant to cover the motherboard as well as all possible peripherals (DVD, HDD, PCI card). The M3-ATX specifies a max of 6A and a "peak" of 8A on the 12v rail. The same applies to the 5v rail.

I had planned on attaching my 7-inch touchscreen LCD to the 12v. Also attaching a laptop hard-drive (s-ata) and a case fan. No optical drive at this time. And probably 7 USB devices (gps, cam, keyboard, wifi, bluetooth, LCD, thumb-drive), but from what I understand, the USB should all be drawing from the 5v rail.

Honestly, I don't mind if I fry the M3. It wasn't a large investment. As long as my LCD and PC components don't get fried, I'm cool with it. However, I am very space-constrained, so I want the smallest PSU possible.

Should I just buy an M2 or M4, or some other recommendation? Or should I plug this thing in and see if I let the smoke out?

Thanks for looking.
