OPUS 320 AMP ratings?

I know there was a sticky somewhere with this, but I can not find it.

I wanted to know how many amps are on the 12V rail of the Molex connector, and how many are on the 5V rail. Currently I have a XM Direct on the 12V line, and two 7 port hubs, a HDD, DVD ROM on the 5V rail. I just bought 2 IDE to SATA convertors that also run on the 5V rail.... I wont be overloading it, will I?
