M2-atx 160w

Please disreguard my last post!
Can I use the M2-ATX 160W with my board? It is a mini ATX with a 2.4g P4. It says it will work with low power P4's. I don't plan on running any drives at this time. I just want to make sure I buy the right one.

Anyone? I really want to get this thing installed, but I'm not sure on which PSU to buy. I really could use some help. I don't need a lot power, just something to power the CPU without any problems. I want to buy the right PSU the first time so that way I don't have to upgrade in the near future.
