M2-ATX PIC part number

I have just purchased an M2-ATX supply for my project, and am planning to modify the PIC code to give me the features I need (see this thread). I'd like to order a spare PIC microcontroller so I don't reflash (and possibly damage) the original, and I'd like to do it before my M2-ATX arrives. Anyone know the complete part number for this part (there are many variants of 16F819)?

Also, are the electrical schematics for the M2-ATX available anywhere online?

Thanks,
Matthew
