m2-atx not coming one

hey i hope this isn't already been brought up but i haven't had much luck searching the problem i am having is if i jumper the atx connector it will turn on however it will not turn on anyother way if i manually trigger the MB it will not turn on the only way i can seam to get it turn on is to jumper the atx connector any help would be great

what jumper settings? what you do have the ignition wire connected to? do you have the power switch wire from the m2atx to the motherboard connected, and the right way around?

ok right now i am using a bench supply and i have tryed it with and without the mb switch hooked up and at the moment i have the jumper set at the default settings

ok i tryed switching the connectors for the mb switch and still no go it will only turn n if i jump the atx connector any advise would be great

I am hoping someone can make a suggestion as i hate to have to send it back and wait on a new one to get this thing installed

I have no more suggestions. You didn't really answer my question about the ignition wire, but if you checked it and it is good then nothing more to check.

no the ignition wire is good as i am running it from a bench supply at the moment and boith wires are powered from the constant
