Ok, installing the second M2 now and ran into a problem. According to my motherboard book, the wire in the picture above is going from 14 to 15, not 13 to 14. Could someone verify the picture below is correct BEFORE I blow something else up?

Edit: Just looked at the pinout and 13 and 15 are both ground, so does it really matter?

All of the Ground wires are the same. Short the green wire to any ground to force the PS on.
