power supply making buzzing noises

hi guys... quick question, I have a laptop with a generic dc dc adapter I bought from ebay and its been working fine until today. The problem starting with a power glitch where my pc would start going to hibernation due to no power. Sometimes I am able to power up my laptop fine but it would make a weird buzzing noise randomly... and now the screen is starting to jump/fuzzy. I know its the power cuz when I connect the laptop to the ac adapter that came with it originally it worked fine. What do you guys suggest? and any explanation why this would start happening after almost 6 months of working fine?

Get rid of the DC to DC and find one that works?

I Was Playing Around With The Power Adapter And Notice It Is Working Fine Now... The Reason Why The Noise Was Occuring Was It Knocked The Aux Input Loose And Caused Static Noise Since It Was So Close To Contact Even Tho The Adapter Is Covered In Plastic Casing. I Guess The Aux Is Really Sensitive. (its The Sound You Get When You Don't Plug In Your Aux Input All The Way In) I Did Notice I Am Still Getting Noise But Very Little.
