Replacing an ITPS

Hi,
I've just bought a Lilliput DY-845 PC with an ITPS built into the case.

I understand from reading here that the ITPS is not really suitable for in-car use as it can't handle cranking, so I want to replace it.

I need the PC to be able to start and shutdown remotely (ign key) and have battery drain protection.

I've read the FAQs and have looked into the power requirements:
The PCs power drain is apparently 40W but I'll also be attaching USB GPS, USB WiFi adaptor, a small USB hub and occasionally a USB keyboard.

I've looked at the M2-ATX which seems suitable but there are so many out there it's difficult to see the wood for the trees. My budget is about £50.

What would you recommend?

Thanks.

DSATX, or Opus150, both great products!

Cheers

M2-ATX ordered. The DSATX is almost 3 times the price.

Fitted and working a treat.

Had to splice a couple of cables as the connectors were different, but that was only a 5 minute job. The worst bit was trying to mount the bu66er securely as the ITPS used custom pillars.
