cnx-p2140 goes into shutdown mode by itself

Today i decided i'd update its firmware of my p2140 and it all seemed to work fine, but when i put it back in my car, it goes into shutdown mode approximately one minute after being on, like as if the battery is low.

Any ideas? has this happened to anyone else?

EDIT: Also does anyone know where i can get the original firmware .hex file from, because it used to work fine on version 1.0

Well what setting do you have on it so that it will shut down after a certain battery voltage?

Well sorry for not posting my solution. But I figured out what the hell was going on. I am using a back-up tank circuit in line with the CNX-P2140 to maintain proper power to the PC, and the P2140 was set to shutdown at 12 VDC (maybe by default), anyways I have now fixed the problem (it is set to shutdown at 9.8VDC, this would be a measurement of the lead acid backup battery). I also have my P2140 set up with a 20 minute shutdown delay, as I deliver pizza and luggage and this will minimize the amount of reboots that I have to subject my system to.
