How many watts is enough?

I've got a power supply question for anyone willing to answer it. I'm thinking of using an M2-ATX power supply rated at 160W, a mini-ITX board with a 2GHz CPU (20W rating), 2.5in HDD, an external slim dvd drive, gps reciever, xm reciever with the USB converter from the mp3store, a few fans for air circulation in the 350z glove box, the ODBII engine interface and usb hub for occasional peripherals like usb stick, keyboard, temporary external HDD, etc. I'm wondering though if a 160W power supply will be enough for the peripherals I'm looking at or if I'll need a second DC-DC converter to run some of them? I appreciate any input you can provide.

The M2 should be fine.
If you want to confirm, you can look up (o estimate) the power rating of all the devices you plan to connect and compare that to the power output of the M2. Remember to compare each output voltage (12v, 5v & 3.3v), not simply lump everything together for a total wattage output.
