chip survey on automotive atx psu's

I have not got one of these yet, currently using a AC atx for my SBC.

However I wonder if I could ask from people who have got the various
brands, whether they could reply what chips/transistors part numbers
they can see on the units

hehe I might build my own

but for now i am intending to build my own 15V 6amp supply for a laptop, my bought unit failed - probably asked too much of it.
So i am wondering what are the popular up to date switch mode controllers being used these days.

Thanks
