Hooking both ac and dc power to psu at same time.

I am planning to build an ITX PC system into one of my portable ac/dc powered beer cooler and I need a PSU that will allow me to do the following:

Hook both the AC(110V) and the DC(12v) power at the same time. It will use the The AC power source as the primary, and in an event were the AC power is interupted, the seconday back up powersource DC, will kick in.

I can do this with an array of 2way switches and relays, but I need to know if there is any PSU out there that has this already built in.

Much Thanks,
Smean

No, there is no PSU that does this currently on the market.
I hope you paid attention in your EE classes.
