Change P2140 Primary/Secondary defaults

When I interrupt the input power to the Carnetix P2140, it resets the Primary and Secondary to an off state. Once I reapply power I have to use my laptop to turn the primary and secondary back on.

Is there a way I can change this so if power is interrupted the primary and secondary will not be turned off?

Thanks,

Nick

Why are cutting off the main power feed to the psu and not the ignition power?

I have 3 Land Rover's and 2 Benz's and I have rigged my Macmini and several components in a box that can be moved from vehicle to vehicle.

Well since you have a box already how about a small 12V battery to feed the 2140 when you are swapping.

That's workable, but not the solution I am looking for.

Isn't there a way to change the default setting to ON rather than OFF at power application?
