m2-atx vs. m4-atx

I will be installed a capPC. I was looking at the 250W m4-atx power supply vs. the m2-atx, only at 160W. (I have read probably every page on power supplies, but can't find my answer). Is 160W enough to power (just barely, or is it even itself overkill?):
~2gig processor, 1 GB ram
~CD/DVD drive
~80 gig hard drive
~7 inch xenarc
~back up camera
~GPS bluetooth receiver
~OBD-II
~serius receiver
~microphone, misc. USB attachements, etc. etc. etc.

160W probably wouldn't be overkill for your needs. The higher the wattage the power supply can provide, the less it's gonna stress itself working to regulate the voltages. If you can afford it and you're planning of future expansion, you're probably better off with the M4.

Thanks for such a prompt reply - my other concern is finding a case that fists the M4 - I can't find one on mp3car store? The voom pc-2 won't fit it, as far as I can tell...

Personally, I was happier with my M2-ATX. The M4 seems to kill my battery more
