M2-ATX J3 Ignition wire

I have found and attached a wiring code for my car and dont see any ignition wires in the stock configuration. Do I just need to run one to my cars fuse box or is one of these wires actually the ignition wire? Could I run the amp-on wire from my stock setup to the J3 terminal? I'm not going to need the amp on from the original wiring anymore because I will be running it from the J6

The accessory wire is a switched source that is controled by the key.

I would think the accessory wire would suffice as an IGN wire. The best thing to do would be to test with with a test light or volt meter.
