Does anyone have a shutdown controller based on the design that Jeff(?) designed about a year ago? Same design as Mastero's shutdown controller uses. Mine normally switches on after about 10 seconds, but just lately its been cold here (-5c) and mine has been taking up to 5 minutes to power on. Are caps suceptible to the cold? Has anyone else found this in the cold with theirs?
