Wink Suggest on PSU

Hi guys, since I've always used an inverter to power my athlon machine, now I'm a little bit confused while changing the hardware. The new hardware is an

Intel 945 based board,
Celeron 352 3.2GHZ (TDP 85w),
1GB DDR2,
80GB Maxtor Pata 7200 RPM,
USB touchscreen and Holux GPS

My question as a newbie is about what kind of psu could give appropriate power to this machine. Could a M2 160w be enough? I've heard that the PW-200-M is not a right choice, so.. what do you suggest? Thanks in advance

M2 would probably be fine for that.

Thanks man! And what about an M3 125w, or a PicoPSU 120w. Could this also be good? I've found that the M2 PSU layout isn't compatible with my motherboard (there's no enough space from cpu cooler to 20pin for the M2)

What do you mean there's not enough space?

I think to place it in the passenger object case (sorry, don't know the exact therm), that is exactly the dimensions of the motherboard. In short, I've to place the M2 ATX on top of the board for space reasons, and this could compromise temperatures.. ok, my explanation is horrible. Only, I think M3 or PicoPSU could be better, as tiniest. Now, since M2 is 160W and M3/Pico are 125W, the PSU are all well dimensionated to pc power requirements?
