DSX12VD - Programming

Hello,
Im order DSX12VD from mp3car store and have problem. I can't change settings on this power supply.
Im buy FTDI TTL-232R cable and connect it same as in THIS POST But when I open hyperterminal I do not receive anything :S Im try write f and F but nothing happen...
What I must to do to start programm it? With my old DSATX220 Im not have this problems when Im use USB Brainstem(S19)... Is something wrong with DSX12VD?
Im try use one RS232->TTL board which use max232 but result is same...
Thanks for any help...

Regards, _Dejan_
