Hqct-ea vs. supply

Hello, I have one problem with my hqct-ea

I have an european ford focus with an 65 amp. battery, and sometimes the sound from the hqct-ea stops for about three seconds; I will try to explain as better as I can:

When?

I don't know if it is random, I think not:
- With the engine stopped -> never happened
- With the engine on and no movement or nothing -> never happened
- With the engine on, I move the steering wheel -> some times it happens, sometimes not.
- Driving slowly, in a hole or turning left or right, or braking -> some times it happens, sometimes not.
- Driving fast -> never happened.

How?

The sound doesn't cut inmediately, it fades out for about two seconds, thumps, and then it restores. It seems like it is a little power failure or descent.

First I thought it could be bad wiring, but now I think not because I have checked a lot and nothing; the power wires to hqct-ea comes directly from battery, and the on/off wire comes from the key positive.

What can be the problem?
