dhantiflag is an unknown quantity at this point
Carnetix p2140 Primary Rail only output 7v

So my p2140 is only outputting 7v on the primary rail and i cant figure out why. any ideas of things i can try or how to get it fixed? i tried posting this on their forums but the places seems like ghost town and there is no support from them at all...
